User Content includes:

Exclusions

The following are excluded from User Content:

  • Templates and default content provided by the Company
  • System-generated metadata and analytics data
  • Platform features and interface elements

Ownership and Copyright

User Ownership Guarantee

  1. Original Content: Users retain copyright ownership of all content they directly create
  2. AI-Generated Content: Users own the rights to content generated based on their prompts
  3. Edited and Modified Content: Users own the rights to all content they edit or modify

Copyright Exceptions

  • Third-Party Works: Rights to third-party works uploaded by users belong to the original copyright holders
  • Licensed Content: Content under specific licenses such as Creative Commons, royalty-free follows respective license terms

Platform Usage License

License Granted to Company

Users grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license for:

1. Service Provision Purposes

  • Storing, displaying, and distributing content through the platform
  • Automatic posting to social media platforms
  • Content backup and recovery services
  • Technical optimization (compression, format conversion, etc.)

2. Improvement and Development Purposes

  • Analysis for service quality improvement (anonymized)
  • AI model training and improvement (after personal information removal)
  • New feature development and testing
  • Bug fixes and performance optimization

3. Marketing and Promotional Purposes (with user consent)

  • Service introduction and demo content utilization
  • Case studies and success story presentations
  • Use in marketing materials and advertisements

License Limitations

  • No Commercial Resale: We do not independently commercialize user content
  • No Context Alteration: We do not use content in contexts different from original intent
  • Limited User Identity Disclosure: We do not disclose content authors without separate consent

Content Usage and Distribution Rights

  1. Free Download: Users can download all their created content at any time
  2. Other Platform Usage: Downloaded content can be freely used on other platforms

  • Generation History Recording: AI-generated content marked in metadata
  • Transparency Provision: Generation process information provided upon user request
