Take the AREX express from Incheon Airport to Seoul Station (~43 min, ₩11,000), then subway Line 3 to Anguk (~10 min). Rush hour peaks are 8:00–10:00 AM and 5:45–7:45 PM — avoid these windows for subway transfers. Start with Bukchon Hanok Village — it's nearly empty before 8 AM, perfect for photos. Walk down to Gyeongbokgung Palace gate for photos (opens 9 AM if you want to enter). Wander through Insadong for traditional crafts and cafes. Grab real Korean food around Anguk before heading back. Leave Anguk by 11:15 AM → Seoul Station → AREX → arrive Incheon ~12:30 PM, giving you 2+ hours before your flight. All major stations on these lines have elevators.
