1. Digital Content
Digital content provided by Firstage (travel courses, blogs, AI photobook digital previews, etc.) is offered as a free service and is not subject to refunds.
2. AI Photobook Print Products
2.1 Refund Eligibility
- Before printing: Full refund available within 24 hours of payment and before printing begins
- During/after printing: Refunds are not available once printing has started
2.2 Exchanges and Reprints
Free exchange or reprint is available in the following cases:
- Print quality defects (color mismatch, missing pages, binding defects, etc.)
- Damage during shipping
- Incorrect product delivered
2.3 Non-refundable Cases
- Change of mind (after printing has started)
- Low image quality due to insufficient photo resolution uploaded by the customer
- Re-delivery due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
2.4 Refund Process
- Email request: Send your order number and reason to [email protected]
- Review: Confirmation within 3 business days
- Refund: Processed to original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval
3. Affiliate Products
Refunds for products purchased through external partners (Klook, GetYourGuide, etc.) are subject to the respective partner's refund policy. Firstage acts only as an intermediary and does not process refunds directly.
