  • 1–2 business days to ship within Korea after printing, longer over holidays

Returns & refunds

Before production
Until your print file goes to the print shop, you can cancel for a full refund
After production starts
Each book is made to order, so once you've agreed to this when ordering and production starts, you can't cancel for a change of mind
If something's wrong
If the book is printed differently from your order confirmation, has a binding defect, arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, you can get a new copy or a full refund
How to report it
Within 3 months of delivery, or within 30 days of noticing the problem, send your order number and a photo or other material that shows the problem through in-app support or to support@firstage.ai
What isn't a defect
Defects don't include things such as blur from low-resolution photos, the usual color difference between screen and paper, typos or edits that appeared on your order confirmation, or text and photos placed outside the safe line being trimmed
