Ijakdo-ri, Jawol-myeon, Ongjin-gun, Incheon, South Korea
Two islands — Daeijakdo and Soeijakdo — off the Incheon coast. The highlight is a 300,000-pyeong sandbar (Pulchi) between the islands that appears only at low tide for about 6 hours, then vanishes. Buasan peak on Daeijakdo gives a full view of the surrounding sea. A Marine Ecology Museum explains the local ecosystem.

Tips
- Check the tide schedule before going — the sandbar only appears at low tide. Miss it and you see nothing.
- Ferry from Incheon Yeonan Pier takes about 1.5 hours. Runs 2-3 times daily, more on weekends.
