  • Admission ¥420. The Sunday Market (日曜市) at the base of the castle hill has been running for 300+ years.
  • 15-minute walk from Kochi Station. Combine with nearby Hirome Market for katsuo tataki (straw-grilled bonito).
  • The climb to the main keep is steep but takes just 10 minutes. Kochi stays relatively warm even in winter.
