Makuhari Messe is Japan's second-largest international convention complex, opened in 1989 on the Chiba City waterfront. The facility encompasses 11 exhibition halls, an international conference center, and a 9,000-seat event hall spread across 210,000 square meters, hosting major events including Tokyo Game Show, CEATEC, and the Tokyo Auto Salon. It is easily reached from Tokyo Station in about 30 minutes by JR Keiyo Line, and from Narita Airport in about 40 minutes by direct bus.
