  • Climbing season is Jul 1 – Sep 10 only. Buses go up to the 5th Station (¥2,100 round trip).
  • Bullet train from Tokyo to Mishima takes 2 hours, then transfer to bus. Direct highway buses to Fujikyu are also available.
  • Best photo spot: Chureito Pagoda in Fujiyoshida. The Fuji + pagoda + cherry blossom combo peaks in April.
