A neighborhood park built in 1978 on Beduri Oreum, a small volcanic hill in Jeju City. Named after Jeju's motto of three absences — no thieves, no beggars, no gates. Every spring, weeping cherry blossoms drape over pathways alongside a vintage 1944 MIKA steam locomotive (No. 304), creating a unique photo scene. Near Jeju Airport and quieter than better-known blossom spots

- No dedicated parking; arrive by bus or on foot
- The vintage steam locomotive is the prime photo spot — visit early morning for fewer crowds
