Three-island group off Tongyeong with 200,000 visitors a year. The upper island has Jirimangsan (398m), called 'Saryangdo Jirisan' — the 6.5km ridge hike from Donji through Jirimangsan to Ogyebong takes about 4.5 hours with ocean views the whole way. The lower island has 7 rock-fishing spots. Daehang Beach is the only swimming beach.
Tips
- The Jirimangsan ridge hike is the main draw. Start from Donji port. Wear proper hiking shoes — it's real mountain terrain.
- Ferry from Tongyeong passenger terminal takes 50 minutes. Weekend boats fill up fast — book ahead.
