Yusentei Park is a Chisen Kaiyushiki-style Japanese garden originally built in 1754 as a retreat for the sixth lord of the Fukuoka domain, Kuroda Tsugutaka. The garden features a central pond, a 300-year-old symbolic tree, a waterfall, stone lanterns, and koi-filled ponds that change beautifully through the seasons. A traditional teahouse offers matcha and wagashi with a serene view of the water.
