Firstage Travel Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the use of Firstage Travel (the "Service") operated by Seol Hun (the "Operator").

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" refers to the Korea travel guides, course recommendations, spot information, trip planner, and interactive maps provided at firstage.ai.
  2. "User" refers to any person who accesses and uses the Service.
  3. "Content" refers to all materials within the Service, including text, photos, map data, and course information.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendments)

  1. These Terms take effect upon publication within the Service.
  2. The Operator may amend these Terms for reasonable cause, with notice provided at least 7 days before the effective date.
  3. Changes unfavorable to Users will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

Article 4 (Service Provision)

  1. The Operator provides the following services free of charge:
    • Korea travel course and spot guides
    • Interactive maps
    • Trip planner (data stored on your device)
    • Travel information search and filtering
  2. The Service is available year-round in principle, but may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance or other unavoidable reasons.

Article 5 (Copyright)

  1. Copyright for all Content within the Service (courses, spot information, photos, design, etc.) belongs to the Operator.
  2. Users may use Content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  3. Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior written consent.

Article 6 (External Links and Affiliates)

  1. The Service may contain links to external sites such as Klook, GetYourGuide, and Booking.com.
  2. Some links are affiliate links, meaning the Operator may receive a commission when Users make bookings or purchases. No additional cost is charged to Users.
  3. The Operator is not responsible for the services, terms, or data handling practices of external sites.

Article 7 (Advertising)

  1. The Service may display advertisements through Google AdSense and similar platforms.
  2. Responsibility for advertising content lies with the respective advertisers.

Article 8 (Disclaimers)

  1. Travel information published on the Service (business hours, prices, locations, etc.) may change, and the Operator does not guarantee its accuracy.
  2. The Operator is not liable for accidents or damages that occur during Users' travels.
  3. The Operator is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, including natural disasters or system failures.

Article 9 (Usage Restrictions)

The following activities are prohibited:

  1. Mass collection using automated tools (scraping)
  2. Commercial reproduction or redistribution of the Service
  3. Activities that interfere with Service operations
  4. Activities that infringe upon the rights of others

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Disputes related to the Service shall be resolved at the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's location.
