When do cherry blossoms bloom?
Korea blooms south to north from late March through mid-April. Jeju starts around March 20, Busan and Daegu follow in early April, Seoul peaks April 7-10, and Gangwon-do closes out the season around April 20.
Best timing tips
You have about 3 days after peak bloom — that's your window. Go the day after rain for the best petal shower photos. Yeouido gets packed during peak week, so aim for weekday mornings or after sunset.
