Firstage Cookie Policy

This document expands on Section 10 of the Privacy Policy.
1. What Cookies Are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Cookies keep you signed in, help us understand how the Service is used, and inform which advertising is shown.
2. Cookies We Use
Essential — the Service does not work without these

The sign-in and OAuth context cookies are set httpOnly, so scripts in the browser cannot read them.

Local device storage and external fonts
- Your language choice, theme setting, and drafts in progress are stored on your device. Clearing site data in your browser removes them.
- When you consent to Mixpanel, its analytics identifier and properties are stored in localStorage and sent to Mixpanel.
- Default Service fonts are served from deployment files. Selecting some editor fonts makes a direct request to Google Fonts at that time and may send your IP address, browser information, and requesting-page information.
3. Managing Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies
- Safari: Settings → Privacy
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security
Blocking analytics or advertising cookies does not limit essential photo storage, editing, or ordering features. You can opt out through your browser and each service.

Blocking essential cookies means you cannot stay signed in, so the recording features become unavailable. Blocking analytics and advertising cookies leaves everything else working.
