Start at HYBE INSIGHT in Yongsan — book tickets online weeks ahead, it sells out fast. BTS stage costumes, audio experience rooms, and merch you can only get here. Give it 1.5–2 hours. Then head to Gangnam for lunch at Yoojung Sikdang, the ssambap restaurant the members ate at during trainee days. Walls covered in fan gifts from 40+ countries. Order the 'Bangtan Bibimbap' (black pork dolsot, ₩13,000). Weekday 2–4 PM has no wait.
