Seoul Museum of Art (SeMA) is the city's flagship public art museum, located on Deoksugung-gil near Deoksugung Palace. The museum hosts rotating exhibitions of contemporary Korean and international art in a renovated 1928 Renaissance-style building formerly used as the Supreme Court.
- Many exhibitions are free; check the website for current shows.
- Walk along Deoksugung-gil (the famous stone wall road) before or after your visit.
- Open until 9 PM — great for an evening visit.
- Take Line 1 or 2 to City Hall Station, Exit 1.
