An old-school Chinese restaurant tucked in a Chungmuro alley. They skip the lye water in their noodles, so the white strands come out soft and easy on the stomach. The black bean paste is thick and savory rather than sweet — a throwback to how jjajangmyeon used to taste. The gan-jjajang here speaks for itself.
