南山塔建于1969年，原为广播发射塔，2005年经过大规模翻新后重生为“N首尔塔”。海拔479.7米（南山243米+塔高236.7米），晴天时从展望台360度俯瞰首尔全景，北汉山、汉江、蚕室乐天世界塔尽收眼底。上山有三种方式：南山缆车（单程约3分钟）、南山循环巴士，以及徒步登山。从会贤站出发步行约30-40分钟，在大都市的正中心竟有如此葱郁的林间步道，令人惊叹。日落前出发，一路攀登中看着城市渐渐亮起灯火，是绝佳的体验。塔下广场的“爱情锁”围栏是首尔最具代表性的浪漫景点。锁可以在现场商店购买。除展望台外，塔顶的n.Grill是首尔唯一的旋转餐厅，必须预约。
